What to expect at your first visit
Dr. Carrie Hansen will schedule a 90 minute appointment for a Comprehensive Oral Exam to evaluate the health of your teeth and gums. This visit will include:
– Medical and dental history review
– Oral cancer screening
– Full set of dental x-rays
– Periodontal assessment
– Treatment plan
A dental cleaning may be performed at this visit unless the patient requires more advanced treatment.
Appointment Policy
It is the goal of Dr. Carrie Hansen to provide efficient and effective care for all patients. All scheduled appointments are considered a bond of trust between the doctor and the patient.
Therefore, our appointment policy in this regard is firm.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
Patients must provide at least 48 hours notice before the cancellation of an appointment or the patient will be charged a late cancellation fee.
Patients will be charged a missed appointment fee for any no show of an appointment.
We understand unusual circumstances may occur and the fee may be waived in certain situations.
New patients will not be rescheduled if they no show for the first appointment.
If you miss 2 appointments without proper notification we reserve the right to dismiss the patient from care.
